Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using OhMyGrade, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Service Description
OhMyGrade provides AI-powered grading of IGCSE and O-Level exam papers. We compare your submitted answers against official Cambridge mark schemes using AI and return feedback including per-question scores and overall commentary.
3. Free Tier & Usage Limits
- Free users get 3 grades per calendar month.
- Limits may change at any time as we manage server and API costs.
- We reserve the right to suspend access during periods of extreme demand to protect service stability.
4. Accuracy Disclaimer
AI grading is a helpful tool but is not a substitute for your teacher's assessment. Scores and feedback are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying results against the official mark scheme. OhMyGrade is not liable for any academic decisions made based on AI-generated grades.
5. Acceptable Use
- You must be a student, teacher, or parent using the service for educational purposes.
- You must not upload content that is illegal, copyrighted by someone else without permission, or harmful.
- You must not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts to bypass usage limits is prohibited.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the exam papers you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your content for grading and store it for your dashboard history. We will not share your uploaded content with other users.
7. Contributions
If you contribute a question paper and/or mark scheme that isn't in our database, you confirm that you have the right to share it. Contributed papers are stored to help future students find and grade their papers.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, API outages, or budget limits may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
